Insurance and Direct Billing
Invictus Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre is registered with most major insurance companies for easy billing. At this time, direct billing is not provided by the clinic. Billing and scheduling is done primarily using the Jane App online system. It securely stores your credit card and medical notes as you undergo physiotherapy.

There is metered street parking along Danforth Ave.

There is often free street parking in the neighbouring side streets as well. Please read the posted signs carefully to avoid any parking infringements.
Cancellation Policy
We respectfully ask you cancel or reschedule any appointments with at least 24 hours notice.
A one strike grace policy applies, after which, the full fee of the appointment will be charged as the cancellation fee. This is also applies to no-show appointments.
What do I bring for an initial assessment?

Comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for the area being examined should be worn.

Do I need a referral?
Unless your insurance company requires one, you DO NOT need a doctor's referral to begin physiotherapy.
